About The Role
As the Head of Sales Operations, you will lead the team responsible for empowering our on-road sales force with the tools, reporting, and support they need to drive performance and productivity. This role plays a key part in optimising sales efficiency, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring operational alignment between sales and internal departments. It also works closely on the execution of our trade partner engagement strategy, ensuring our retail partners are supported through meaningful and data-led collaboration. Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Inspire, coach, and manage a Sales Operations team to deliver excellence, foster accountability, and maintain a strong, cohesive culture aligned with business goals.
* Drive Operational Excellence Through Insights and Systems: Deliver timely and accurate sales reporting, performance insights, and platform management (including Salesforce) to support data-driven decisions and drive commercial success.
* Enable Sales Team Success: Support the execution of the retail distribution strategy by ensuring sales enablement tools, resources, and systems are optimised to maximise impact at point of sale.
* Enhance Trade Engagement and Event Execution: Oversee the operational delivery of trade engagement initiatives, including VIP agent programs, famils, and consumer events, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution and ROI.
* Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the delivery of proactive, solutions-focused support across all sales operations activities.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Proven leadership experience in a sales operations, commercial, or sales enablement role
* Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
* Strong understanding of retail distribution dynamics and trade partnerships, with experience supporting on-road sales teams and retail engagement strategies
* Advanced skills in sales reporting, budgeting, ROI analysis, and performance monitoring — with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Hands-on experience with CRM and sales systems (e.g., Salesforce), including the design and implementation of workflow improvements
* Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver with efficiency and precision
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the business
