Baker Opportunity
We seek an experienced Baker with at least 3 years of experience to join our Wholesale Bakery team in Tweed Heads.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare doughs, mix ingredients, and handle the baking process for breads.
2. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure high-quality products.
3. Create and follow recipes, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
5. Train new staff members.
6. Develop and implement new products.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Baker, specializing in Sourdough and Croissants.
* Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and proofing.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
