Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans aligned with overall business goals.
* Lead multi-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, production targets, and delivery standards are consistently met.
* Manage engineering and maintenance programs across all facilities.
* Drive cost efficiencies through budget ownership, performance monitoring, and lean practices.
* Build and mentor a strong leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
* Oversee compliance with industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR to ensure alignment and business success.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years' leadership experience in large-scale dairy or food manufacturing environments.
* Demonstrated success in managing multi-site teams and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience owning manufacturing P&L.
* Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.

This role requires frequent travel between our facilities. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's manufacturing strategy, with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years' leadership experience in large-scale dairy or food manufacturing environments.
