The Role: Pastry Cook
We're on the lookout for creative, passionate pastry cooks to join our small but mighty team. This role is all about bringing Dolly’s donuts to life – from classic favourites to seasonal specials, each batch is made fresh, from scratch, with love (and a touch of magic).
You’ll be working in a supportive, collaborative environment where quality and care come first. Full-time positions are available now, with an immediate start for the right candidate(s).
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial pastry or baking qualification is desirable. Previous experience working as a pastry chef/pastry cook ideal. Certificate III or IV is desirable. However, relevant work experience will be considered.
- OR experienced bakers with a demonstrated flair for pastry and creativity
- Confident with all aspects of pastry
- A genuine passion for quality, flavour, and handcrafted techniques and a keen eye for detail on food presentation
- A team-first attitude – kind, dependable, and collaborative
- Someone who is already local or willing to relocate to the Southern Highlands
- This position is only open to applicants with permanent work rights in Australia or those holding appropriate work visa for long term employment
