Key Responsibilities
* Prepare comprehensive hydraulic engineering design documentation from concept to tender and construction phase, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, regulatory and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other design teams and engineering disciplines to ensure project design solutions are coordinated and resolved effectively.
* Deliver project-related tasks to meet timeframe and quality targets while assisting in their development.
* Interface with relevant authorities and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Participate in inspections and collaborate with trade contractors to ensure designs are installed on site according to briefed requirements.
About You
* Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or Building Services Engineering).
* 2 to 5+ years' industry experience within a building services consulting engineering practice.
* Strong understanding of various building sectors.
* Professional Engineers registration (or working towards it).
* Experience with hydraulic engineering design and liaising with relevant authorities.
* In-depth knowledge of Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia.
* Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with Revit MEP, NavisWorks and BIM an advantage but not essential.
