About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused Business / Finance Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with finance and insurance options while ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience. You'll also support the sales team in achieving dealership goals and maintaining compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner
* Prepare and process finance and insurance applications efficiently and accurately
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies
* Work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration and customer satisfaction
* Maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance partners, as well as internal staff
* Provide an exceptional standard of service throughout the customer journey
