We work with in-house legal operations professionals and legal function leadership, including General Counsels, on a range of innovative and strategic projects across the legal function operating model.In this position, you will play a key role supporting the LOA team in the delivery of consulting engagements and driving our strategy forward, including assisting in the design and ongoing development of innovative client-facing products, services, and associated methodologies.You will also foster deep relationships across the broader Digital Legal Delivery practice and the firm, enabling the two-way sharing of valuable client and industry insights, and establish a strong presence with clients and within the industry, showcasing the depth and breadth of our LOA capabilities.If you are passionate about making a significant impact to in-house legal operations - leveraging people, process and technology enablers - then we would love to hear from you.Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:Providing LOA support on client projects, initiatives and events to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.Supporting the creation of standardised consultancy tools, methodologies and related collateral to produce data-led insights (collaborating with colleagues across the HSF network as needed).Proactively supporting the delivery of LOA's strategy and vision, including collaborating on various strategic initiatives.Monitoring and reporting on the latest legal technology developments and ensuring familiarity with vendors, legal technology products, and the functionalities of market-leading legal technology tools.Staying abreast of key opportunities and trends in the legal operations market and applying proactive thinking to leverage the same for the benefit of clients.Developing strong working relationships with peers in the Digital Legal Delivery practice group, other internal stakeholders, technology vendors and clients.Assisting in the growth of LOA's internal and external presence and recognition.To be successful in this position you will have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.Experience in either a:professional services or consulting environment (preferably working with legal teams or similar, or as a lawyer);legal operations or transformation function; and/orproduct development role in a legal technology company.TechnicalUnderstanding of the general principles of operating models and their usage in delivering organisational strategy and goals.
