About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Despatch Worker to join our production and logistics team. The successful candidate will follow directions from senior personnel, perform packing and outbound activities, and uphold our safety standards. This role requires the ability to operate or assist with various tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Pack products and prepare orders for dispatch.
* Layout, etch, and prepare products as required.
* Operate and assist with machinery after appropriate training.
* Hot wash products as needed.
* Clean areas and equipment you are trained to operate.
* Sweep floors and maintain a tidy work environment.
* Paint, crush cardboard, and participate in general maintenance tasks.
* Follow lawful directions from senior personnel and supervisors.
* Support safety initiatives and follow the Safety Management System
