About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Based at our head office in Cardup, you will be an integral part of our HR department, working closely with senior leaders to drive business growth and success.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our HR strategies and policies, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Providing expert advice on organizational policies, award interpretation, and HR best practices to senior leaders and employees.
2. Leading change management initiatives, conducting workplace investigations, and providing recommendations to resolve issues.
3. Mentoring HR team members on employment relations and industrial relations topics.
4. Supporting performance review processes, including probation assessments and performance improvement plans.
What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
* Previous experience supporting a blue-collar workforce.
* A strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms (preferably Employment Hero) and MS Office Suite.
