THE COMPANY and ROLE
* A developer/builder with a great portfolio of multi-residential and industrial projects
* Two new medium rise apartment projects commencing in 2026 - they are seeking to strengthen their CA team
* First class systems and processes
THE DUTIES
* Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
* Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
* Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
* Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
* Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
* Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
* Administer RFI's to architects, consultants and clients
* Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTS
* Experience as a Contract Administrator within the apartment/multi residential sector in Australia,
* Strong ability to scope, negotiate and let trade packages, administer subcontract agreements and prepare monthly cost and project reports.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
