Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Training Director to report directly to the General Manager, working collaboratively with operational teams to elevate training standards and embed a world class service culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end resort operations, ensuring seamless delivery of 5-star luxury standards.
* Design and lead training and development programs, including onboarding (in consultation with People & Cultureteam), service excellence, leadership, and brand standards.
* Drive guest experience excellence through KPIs, brand audits, and online reputation metrics.
* Partner with the General Managerand leadership team to embed a world-class service culture.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and quality assurance programs.
* Champion a strong service culture focused on personalisation, emotional intelligence, and luxury behaviors.

* Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations and training.
* Strong commercial acumen with a passion for service excellence.
* Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
