About the Role:

We are seeking a highly proactive and forward-thinking Business Operations Specialist to support two busy sales agents. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring a professional who thinks like a business partner – anticipating needs, improving systems, and driving efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities for two agents
* Actively track deals, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep sales moving
* Streamline workflows, processes, and internal systems
* Prepare reports, presentations, and sales support materials
* Coordinate client communications, meetings, and logistics
* Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
* Support business planning, goal tracking, and performance metrics

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong business acumen, with an understanding of how decisions impact growth and revenue
* Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and reporting software
* A self-starter mentality, with a strong work ethic and resilience
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* A professional and ethical approach to dealing with people
