About the Role In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to: Maintaining the general cleanliness and presentation of all Gaming service areas Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests Assisting patron enquiries and providing accurate information on club activities Processing and delivering customer orders Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and responsible service of gambling practices About You Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential) Full working rights in Australia Demonstrated experience in a customer service role Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Exceptional grooming and presentation Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
