Customer service assistant - malua bay

Icemate Liquor is looking for Customer Service Assistant at our Malua Bay.

We are searching for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment and ensure a superior shopping experience for all customers.

If you are:

• A customer service superstar
• Hold an RSA competency card or willing to obtain one
• Versatile with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Detail‐oriented and motivated to make our store shine
• Fit and able to manually move stock
• Have retail or similar experience

As part of our customer service team, you will:

• Provide superior service to all customers
• Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
• Maintain eye‐catching merchandising and recommend improvements
• Manage daily stock, including receiving loads, replenishment, tidying and cleaning
• Learn and maintain knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer and keep up to date with trends
