The role
Icemate Liquor is looking for Customer Service Assistant at our Malua Bay.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment and ensure a superior shopping experience for all customers.
If you are:
- A customer service superstar
- Hold an RSA competency card or willing to obtain one
- Versatile with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Detail‐oriented and motivated to make our store shine
- Fit and able to manually move stock
- Have retail or similar experience
As part of our customer service team, you will:
- Provide superior service to all customers
- Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
- Maintain eye‐catching merchandising and recommend improvements
- Manage daily stock, including receiving loads, replenishment, tidying and cleaning
- Learn and maintain knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer and keep up to date with trends
