We are looking for a talented and experienced ICT Solution Architect - Applications to join our dynamic team.
About The Opportunity
As a Solution Architect, you'll work within the ICT Architecture space, delivering solution and application architecture design services to product teams and projects. You'll provide guidance and advice on best practices to achieve desired outcomes while aligning with SkyCity's ICT strategies and roadmaps.
About You
You'll work closely with product teams to understand end-to-end solutions and provide architectural advice aligned with Enterprise Architects and the Practice Lead, while demonstrating a positive, "can do" attitude and strong professional integrity. This role involves designing application architectures across software, hardware, and network elements; leading integration design; and translating requirements and business processes into solution options. You'll document key decisions, support implementation planning, update ICT architecture artifacts, and develop diagrams using the SkyCity modelling tool, ensuring alignment with ICT governance and roadmaps.
Success in this position is supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, ideally within AML or financial crime environments, and by acting as a technical liaison between internal teams. Experience with TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Agile Architecture practices is desirable, along with a commitment to mentoring team members and maximising customer satisfaction through prompt issue management.
