About the Role
* Develop personalized selling approaches to understand and meet the needs of discerning customers.
* Collaborate with the team to manage store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer interactions through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Additionally, you will assist the team with general store tasks and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence, positive attitude, high personal grooming standards, and passion for luxury.
* Able to work well in a team, drive motivation to achieve store and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
