The Role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three hotels – Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade – offering unique experiences for every guest.
We're currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Housekeeping team at Crown Promenade.
As a Room Attendant, you will contribute to exceptional guest experiences through your attention to detail and genuine care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the smooth daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning hotel bedroom and bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
* Ensuring Crown's high standards are consistently maintained
* Promptly reporting any maintenance issues during your shift
* Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, professional service
About You
You'll bring:
* Previous housekeeping experience (4-star or 5-star hotel experience highly regarded) or commercial cleaning experience
* Availability to work part-time across a 7-day rotating roster
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively within a diverse team
* A strong eye for detail and a willingness to receive and apply feedback
