Multiple opportunities availableMonday - Friday availabilityYou will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!Position 1 - Part time position (flexible hours - we're open to discussing a schedule that works for you)Position 2 - Full time position - 38 hours per weekAs a part of the team at one of our Multi-Channel Branch, you will utilise a customer centric approach to interact, resolve customer enquires/complaints in person, via telephone or digitally (in a contact centre environment)Between 9:00-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.More specifically, you will:Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queriesBuild a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through our direct channelsWork with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking optionsComplete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needsProcess applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated productsUse tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvementBe provided with continuous training and development to support your career aspirationsWe’re interested in hearing from people who have:A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with every interactionThe ability to have great conversations and confidence to ask challenging questionsProblem solving attitude and curiosity in finding the right solutionsAn open approach to learning new things and goal orientedAn ability to work collaboratively as a team to deliver a seamless customer experienceOpen to learning new things, including being proficient with technology, whether it's for your own development or to assist customersA master of multi-tasking and a strong team playerIf this role matches your experience and whether you're looking for a full time commitment or part time opportunity that fits around your schedule, apply today!If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
