Job Overview

We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Full‐Cycle Business Development Representative to lead our sales efforts across ANZ. The role will be to lead inbound and outbound projects & close high‐impact deals strategically.

About Oppizi

Oppizi is the first major multi‐channel player in offline performance‐marketing. We've built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels: Hand‐to‐hand, Door‐to‐Door, and Unaddressed Mail/Direct Mail. We operate in 10+ countries, including Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We work with flagship accounts such as Uber/UberEats, DoorDash, DiDi, Planet Fitness, and many others.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a high‐energy, proactive hunter responsible for identifying and creating recent qualified opportunities within the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) market. Reporting to the Leadership team, you will be the engine of our growth, focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and building a robust pipeline to ensure long‐term revenue success.

Responsibilities

* Full‐Cycle Sales & Pipeline Ownership
o Drive topline growth by owning the entire sales journey—from initial account‐based targeting and prospecting to closing deals and celebrating client wins.
o Identify high‐potential leads, spotting opportunities ranging from agile startups to growth‐stage tech firms and local brands hungry for scalable acquisition.
o Targeted outreach: craft and execute bold outbound campaigns using Clay, Lemlist, and modern automation tools, blending data with your own creativity to spark action.
o Multichannel engagement: confidently connect with decision‐makers through a strategic mix of cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and your unique social selling style.
* Strategic Conversion & Relationship Building
o Turn curiosity into long‐term partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
o Inbound mastery: rapidly qualify interest from inbound leads, building the trust necessary to convert them into loyal partners.
o Consistently hit and surpass monthly revenue and activity KPIs with the full support of a team invested in your professional growth.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Onboarding
o Work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure the client win is just the beginning.
o Seamless handoffs: partner with Marketing to refine messaging and work with Ops to deliver delightful onboarding experiences for new clients.
o CRM excellence: maintain meticulous records in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and a transparent source of truth for the management team.
* Market Intelligence & Strategy
o Act as our eyes and ears on the ground to help us win the ANZ market.
o Landscape expertise: execute outreach plans specifically tailored to the nuances of the Australia and NewZealand business landscape.
o Feedback loop: share real‐time market insights and on‐the‐ground feedback to help us iterate on our product, refine our pitch, and evolve our sales playbook.

Qualifications

* Sales Pedigree & The "Hunter" Instinct:
o Proven track record: 2–3+ years of success in high‐growth Business Development or Sales, managing the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed‐won.
o Outbound mastery: you are a true hunter; cold calling, strategic email sequencing, and social selling are your zone of genius.
o Art of the deal: persuasive communication and sharp negotiation skills that build trust and close confidently.
* Market & Regional Expertise:
o Deep understanding of the Australia & NewZealand media buying ecosystem and local business trends.
o Relationship first: thrive on connecting dots and solving complex problems to deliver tangible value for partners.
* Modern Sales Tech Stack:
o Hands‐on experience with CRM & Ops tools: HubSpot (or equivalent), Excel, and Google Sheets.
o Outbound automation with Clay and Lemlist.
o Efficiency: AI tools and reporting dashboards to optimise workflow and forecasting.
* Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a decorated "graduate" of the School of Hard Knocks. An advanced degree is a nice bonus.

Compensation & Benefits
