This role involves driving revenue growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships within the IT reselling sector. Main Responsibilities:
* New Business Sales: Proactively engage with potential clients, qualify leads, articulate the benefits of our IT products/services, and collaborate with the marketing team to generate new business leads.
* Account Management: Foster lasting relationships with existing clients, reactivate dormant accounts, provide client support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
* Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound leads, assess their requirements, and offer suitable IT solutions, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the sales department to develop effective lead conversion strategies.
* Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on progress, analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities, and maintain precise records of client interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, preferably in IT or telecommunications sales.
