This is a Hybrid role in Victoria, BC.Position SummaryThales is looking to hire a Maintenance Scheduler to provide work package and scheduling support to the Ship Maintenance Lead and the Service Delivery Team in planning and organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for multiple Work Periods.
The Maintenance Scheduler manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules.
They coordinate and communicate with suppliers and waterfront service team and provide an accurate and executable schedule to minimize conflicts between tasks.
The Maintenance Scheduler will ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required along with updating real-time dashboards and communicating schedule changes across the enterprise.
Implement data-driven approaches to analyze maintenance performance, identify trends that could improve the efficiency of a work period.
