to join our team at Karreenga Prison in Lara. This position offers consistent morning shifts, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

$***** plus Superannuation
Location:
Karreenga Prison, Lara, VIC
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Additional hours:
Available until 2:30 PM as required

Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the prison, including offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal areas, and foyers
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, staircases, and surfaces
Bio-cleaning might also be required at times
To be considered for this role
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver's License
Be able to kneel, lift, perform the required duties, and stand for 4 hours or more
Provide a recent National Police Check (under 6 months) and a valid Working with Children Card
Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests
