Our client is a global healthcare diagnostics organisation supporting laboratories and healthcare providers across Australia and New Zealand.
They are seeking a Finance & Operations/Supply Chain Administrator to join their ANZ team in a broad and varied role spanning finance, supply chain, customer administration, and operational support.

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the business, including:
* Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
* Month-end reporting and general ledger support
* Budgeting and forecasting assistance
* Customer invoicing and ERP system maintenance
* Inventory, logistics, and supply chain administration
* Coordination with third-party logistics providers
* Reporting and data analysis using Excel
* Audit and compliance support
* Customer and internal stakeholder enquiries
About You
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
* Degree qualifications in Accounting
* 3+ years' experience in finance, operations, or supply chain administration
* Experience supporting month-end close activities
* Strong understanding of AR, AP, and general ledger processes
* Advanced Excel skills
* ERP experience (Infor M3 highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
