As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your showroom—leading a passionate sales team, driving business performance, and creating a retail environment where every customer interaction reflects the premium Plush experience. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance: Lead from the front—setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and actively coaching the team to exceed targets. Team Development & Coaching: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members with a focus on product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer service excellence. Customer Experience & Brand Representation: Champion the Plush in-store experience by ensuring every customer receives exceptional, personalised service. Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with company standards. About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who understands the balance between sales performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. You are commercially driven, but equally passionate about people and culture. Key Qualifications & Attributes
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-value or considered purchase environment. A natural motivator with a track record of driving sales performance through coaching and team development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
