FIS provides evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services for individuals in custody and the community. We focus on areas such as violent and sexual offending, restorative justice, violent extremism and family violence.

**As a Coordinator in the Support Services team, you provide a range of corporate services to FIS.** Your responsibilities include overseeing the **efficient delivery of administration** and **operational** tasks, including **general**human resources and** recruitment activities, fleet and travel**coordination and **equipment registers**. The coordinator role oversees the administration positions ensuring the reception area is** resourced and operating smoothly**. You are responsible for overseeing the physical facilities and equipment of the business unit as well as encouraging and supporting **accurate record-keeping**practices withing FIS.

**What you will do**

The Coordinator, Support Services, delivers services in line with our policies and procedures. You will:

- Have demonstrated **experience**providing specialist support** in a high-volume administrative environment**.
- Be able to **manage projects** under limited direction.
- **Oversee administrative and operational work teams**ensuring reception duties are prioritised and the efficient distribution of administrative tasks to the support officers.
- Coordinate the **technical and specialist tasks** in relation to the **physical assets** of FIS, including vehicle fleet, facilities and duress system management.
- Provide **high-level specialist** corporate information and **advice** to the Directors and Leadership team.
- Maintain **databases and registers** for resources, assets and tasks with a financial implication.
- Provide information, support and advice regarding **compliance** with department **records management** policies and procedures.
