Overview
We're looking for a Facilities Team Support professional to join our Property team and help keep our national facilities operations running seamlessly.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting facilities and maintenance activities across the network through strong administrative coordination
* Managing purchase orders, invoices and variations, ensuring accuracy against approved scopes and contracted rates
* Maintaining accurate records of facilities work, costs and service activities to support effective operations and reporting
* Coordinating contractor compliance documentation, ensuring all records are current and audit‐ready
* Assisting with accrual processes and financial tracking to improve cost accuracy and reporting outcomes
* Acting as a key administrative point of contact for service providers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting communication between field teams, contractors and support functions to enable timely service delivery
* Contributing to reporting, data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
To be successful in this role you'll have
* Experience in an administrative, facilities, maintenance or property‐related environment
* Strong financial administration skills, including invoice processing, purchase orders or similar transactional work
* Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba or similar platforms
* Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and meeting deadlines
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced and reactive environment
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive, team‐oriented approach
* Confidence working with data, reporting and maintaining accurate documentation
