As a Senior Solutions Designer, you'll act as a design authority across multiple streams, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and integrated within a complex IT ecosystem. You'll collaborate with technical specialists, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture and design for a large-scale SaaS implementation.
* Produce high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
* Influence technology choices and roadmap alignment while embedding best-practice design principles.
* Provide technical guidance during implementation and evaluate design trade-offs for long-term sustainability.
Specialist Focus Areas
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
* User provisioning expertise - identity, access, and role-based configurations in SaaS environments.
* Messaging and communications design - notifications, alerts, and workflow management within SaaS platforms.
* Data management and governance - compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks.
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in enterprise solution design within large, complex IT environments.
* Proven ability to lead integration and architecture for SaaS and COTS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Mulesoft, Moodle).
* Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and design notations (UML, BPMN).
* Expertise in data governance, security, and compliance.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
