About the opportunity:

This role is responsible for leading a small team delivering operational services across Super SA within the centralised Board and Corporate Support function, including HR support. This role is responsible for the management of senior business support officers, facilities functions, human resource management tasks, and workplace health and safety. This role ensures the efficient operation of business support services and the implementation of best practices in these areas.

To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:

* Demonstrated management and leadership skills including the ability to provide broad direction to teams of professional people requiring high quality results within defined timeframes.

* Ability to manage, motivate and monitor the work of team members and provide guidance to individuals to achieve business targets

* Significant experience in building and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, networks and partnerships to achieve collective outcomes

* Proven ability to analyse problems and demonstrate autonomy and initiative in developing and implementing alternative solutions and strategies, and to present findings in a clear and concise manner, verbally and in writing.

* Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

* Proven ability to deal with sensitive and/or political issues and negotiate with tact and diplomacy.

Remuneration

ASO6 – $98,478 min - $104,165 max per annum + 12% Super
