Your new role
This is an opportunity for an experienced senior Owner Corporation Manager to manage a high-quality portfolio of complex, large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, working closely with experienced associates and a supportive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing committees, AGMs and complex matters, without the pressure of excessive volumes or unrealistic expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Tier 1 & Tier 2 OC portfolios
* Running AGMs and committee meetings (some after hours, some virtual)
* Managing budgets, maintenance, compliance and contractors
* Providing clear, professional advice to committees and owners
* Building long-term relationships with clients
* Working closely with associates and support staff
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing complex / Tier 1 developments
- Strong understanding of OC legislation and compliance
- Confidence running meetings and dealing with stakeholders
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a professional approach
- Someone seeking long-term stability and growth, not a short-term move
Senior experience is ideal, however strong candidates with solid complex-building exposure will be considered.
