Key Responsibilities
* Manage communication with clients and manage email and phone queries.
* Schedule jobs and allocate work to field technicians.
* Track and order stock, maintain inventory levels.
* Respond to customer queries and handle occasional complaints professionally.
* Assist with marketing tasks as needed.
* Follow existing workflows while offering improvements where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You are highly organised with strong admin skills and a sharp eye for detail.
* You have experience in scheduling, customer service, or coordinating trade-based work.
* You are confident in communicating with clients and property managers over phone and email.
