We currently have the opportunity for a Business Improvement Lead to join us at Council.
Key responsibilities as Business Improvement Lead…
As our Business Improvement Lead, you will support Council's strategic improvement initiatives by analysing operations, implementing optimised processes, and leading service reviews. This role supports integrated planning and reporting, champions change management and supports continuous improvement.
What we offer...
* Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week
* Commencing annual salary from $100,431 to $110,725
(salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
* Annual performance-based progression opportunity to earn up to $122,075
* Plus 12% superannuation.
What you'll need to be successful in the role...
Your communication skills will be well developed, and you will have sound judgement in conducting interviews, surveys, and data analysis. You will also have proven analytical, conceptual thinking, planning, and organisational skills. In addition to this you will have:
* A minimum of four years relevant experience
* Tertiary qualifications in business transformation, improvement, or analysis
* Excellent knowledge of local government operations and demonstrated political acumen
* Advanced computer literacy and ability to leverage technology for process improvement
* The ability to work autonomously and operate at a high level.
