About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Feel Good Massage Chairs Pty Ltd as a full-time Sales & Admin Assistant. Reporting to the Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales and Office, providing high-level support to ensure the smooth running of the office and exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

* Greeting customers and handling enquiries with professionalism and care
* Demonstrating our range of massage chairs to customers (training will be provided)
* Liaising with prospective and current customers.
* Provide admin support to the wider team
* Support the processing of customer orders and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office procedures and policies

What we're looking for

* Proven sales experience
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of tasks
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
* Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
