Job Description
We are seeking a Support Professional to provide assistance to individuals with varying needs. This may include supporting participants with social and community access, as well as daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with travel to outings, social and other activities
* Providing guidance and role modelling to younger participants
* Supporting with daily and household tasks for some participants
* Supporting with self-care
* Maintenance of progress notes and good record-keeping
* Sound computer, written and verbal communication skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting people
* Exceptional interpersonal skills (communication skills, written, verbal and listening)
* Blue Card, Yellow card, NDIS modules, Open 'C' class driver's license, Australian citizen or permanent resident
