As a Partnerships Trader, you'll be responsible for executing and optimising media trading across all paid channels for a portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with your Trading Manager and Director to deliver campaigns that perform against business and media KPIs. You'll be hands-on with campaign reporting, buying and implementation, and bring strong media partner relationships to the table. From negotiating value to providing actionable insights, you'll play a key role in ensuring trading excellence across every touchpoint. You'll manage the full campaign lifecycle from briefing and buying through to reporting and reconciliation, while supporting junior team members and contributing to the wider agency's trading capabilities. You'll be across market dynamics, data, audience tools and media channels including TV, Radio, OOH and Digital. Your role will also involve collaborating with Planning, Strategy and Business Unit teams to make sure campaign outcomes are aligned and delivered.
