Hourly Rate: $47- $52 per Hour
What You'll Do
* Craft high-quality communication materials: from correspondence and flyers to social media posts and web updates.
* Keep communities informed by developing project webpages and maintaining online platform.
* Support stakeholder engagement for low-risk projects, including responding to inquiries and managing the 1800 phone line.
* Prepare and distribute project flyers and updates that make an impact.
* Manage the correspondence tracker and ensure timely responses.
* Source stakeholder contact details and lot number information; maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and Consultation Manager.
* Generate analytics reports to measure communication effectiveness.
* Attend stakeholder meetings with Program Engagement Officers and contribute to positive engagement outcomes.
