About our Client
Our client is a tech-savvy, fast growing established public practice accounting firm with a large portfolio of HNWI/Gs clients & large entities that require an experienced bookkeeper.
$85,000 + SGC
Salary Commensurate with experience

Duties
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- A high level of Communication and Client satisfaction is a top priority
- Data entry and management of customer invoices and payments
- Data entry and management of supplier payments and expenses
- Facilitate Debt Collection process
- Managing payables and receivables, and bank reconciliations
- Payroll Management of multiple clients, BAS, PAYG and Superannuation
- Cash flow management and projections
- Monthly, quarterly and EOY reporting
- Maintain quality control across the organisation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations
About You
- Xero advisor and MYOB-certified
- 5+ years bk experience in Top-100 or large boutique firms (ideal candidate)
- Proven ability to manage large multi-entity SME portfolio - Unsupervised
- Service driven with a capable and confident communication style
- Ability to work in a team cohesively and collaboratively
- Highly organised and strong time-management skills are a must
- Able to problem solve and a strong attention to detail
