Permanent FT Sales & Services Consultant role with one of Australia's largest insurer in Ballarat!

Join one of Australia's largest Insurance organisations that is well known for their reputable brands and for providing a first-class customer experience. They are now seeking multiple Sales & Services Consultants to join their team based on a permanent full-time basis in Ballarat.
**Your new role**
As a Sales & Services Consultant, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs through inbound & outbound calls. In addition, you will live our purpose by providing certainty to every customer by being there for them when they need us.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this position you will have a well developed interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships. Other key factors to your success include:
- High level of tech savvy ability. Must be confident in using multiple different screens, systems, and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Adhere to multiple underwriting guidelines, processes, and procedures
- Demonstrated passion for customer service
The initial 5 week training period will consist of both Work from Home and in-office learning. To be able to work from home you will be required to have a designated work area and a fixed internet connection. Please note that all training will be 8:30am - 5:00pm.
