Maintenance Officer Position
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our aged care services across the South Coast of New South Wales.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out timely planned and reactive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds
* Performing property repairs, conducting safety checks, and maintaining facilities at multiple sites
* Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety standards and internal policies
* Effective communication with residents, staff, and families is essential
* Supporting safe, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery is vital
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in maintenance or trade roles is essential
* A trade qualification or equivalent experience is necessary
* Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety and maintenance standards is required
* Experience in contractor oversight is desirable
* Good communication and computer skills are essential
* A current NSW Driver's Licence is necessary
