Project Manager - Successful Fit Out Team
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our client's Successful Fit Out team. The successful candidate will work on high-value projects with budgets ranging from $5m to $100m.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver Fit Out/Refurb projects across various industries, including Office, Healthcare, Social Housing, and Hospitality.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Required)
* 5+ years of Project Management experience within the Commercial Construction Sector (Required)
* Experience managing Commercial Fit Out Projects over $25m (Required)
* Takes a proactive approach to safety with a strong understanding of HSE requirements
* Excel in organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting
* Maintain a great company culture by being friendly, approachable, and a team player
