Operations Manager Job
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage projects efficiently.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Ensure jobs and projects are delivered to a high standard
o Schedule work and prepare detailed operational reports for senior leadership
o Manage technician runs and support both field and office teams
o Coordinate vehicle servicing, equipment ordering, and resource management
o Lead meetings and provide ongoing team guidance and support
o Maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven background in an operations or coordination role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Repair Coordinator)
* Industry experience in insurance, trades, or restoration is beneficial but not essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within South Australia
