Our client is seeking an experienced hospitality professional looking to transition into an office-based role while remaining closely connected to day to day operations.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee a team of passionate hospitality professionals and managing the staffing needs of a thriving catering business.
About the Role:
* Work closely with Managers and other key staff to ensure seamless operational activities
* Manage staff rosters - matching staff suitability and availability to shifts across a range of the group's venues & major events
* Manage high volume incoming calls and administration
* Managing staff recruitment, inductions and training
* Ensuring all staff members are compliant to be able to work
* Flexible rostering arrangements Monday - Sunday
The Ideal Candidate:
* Is a true all-rounder who is able to be hands-on and prioritise tasks
* Has a background in hospitality management
* Has exceptional communication skills and administrative skills
* Previous experience with a hotel RMS or Data base is advantageous
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest levels of customer service
* The ability to manage your time effectively whilst often competing with rapidly changing priorities whilst ensuring quality outcomes
* Has the ability to build rapport with team members and lead from the front
