We are seeking a senior aquaculture professional to contribute to our operations in Western Australia. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely manage vessel operations in compliance with maritime regulations.
* Oversee mooring, towing pens, and installation of nets and pen rigging.
* Coordinate crane operations and rigging activities.
* Maintain smooth fish farming operations, including pen maintenance and site logistics.
* Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.
This is a roster opportunity with annual travel allowance, meals and accommodation provided during work periods, and the chance to work in a supportive and professional environment.
