Cellar Door Host - Brookland Valley & Houghton About the role Do you have a genuine passion for wine and exceptional customer service?We are now recruiting for a Casual Cellar Door Host at our Brookland Valley & Houghton Estate Cellar Door in Wilyabrup, in the Beautiful Margaret River region.You'll be the face of our winery, delivering exceptional wine experiences to our visitors and showcasing some of the finest wines in our diverse portfolio.We are seeking a flexible team member to join our team of 4 on a casual basis, 2-3 shifts per week (must be available Saturdays), with the opportunity for additional shifts & occasional event work. Key responsibilities include: Deliver an exceptional customer experience to cellar door customers, acting as tour guide, experience host and tasting guide.Make sales through Shopify POS system, and some cash handling.Promote wine club membership to visitors and sign new members.Undertake daily housekeeping duties to maintain the cellar door appearance.Restock the cellar door and stock room.Pick, pack and dispatch wine orders for customers. What you'll bring: A genuine passion for wine, and the ability to communicate our unique brand history to customers.Exceptional customer service skills, providing our customers with the best experience possible.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Experience in a cellar door or the wine industry (desirable).Intermediate computer skills & confidence learning new systems such as our ordering system - Vivino. Essential Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol training (RSA) essential.Full Drivers License.
