Administrative Assistant Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Team, ensuring efficient operation of administrative tasks and services.
This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including managing telephone and email enquiries, supporting visitors to the College, data management and quality customer service. The successful applicant will have experience with basic printing techniques and proficiency in Office 365.
Key qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
