* Partner with colleagues to support existing customer relationships and identify new business prospects
* Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial success
* Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals
* Sales of analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts
* Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts
* Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
* Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools (training will be provided)
