This role is ideal for aresults-driven sales professional with a proven ability todeliver strong sales outcomes while alsoguiding clients through their home design selections to achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with showroom clients, designers, architects, and builders to provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct one-on-one design consultations, helping clients bring their vision to life.
* Confidently showcase Kaolin's premium product range and communicate its unique value.
* Interpret and work with floor plans to provide accurate recommendations.
* Drive sales by developing relationships and identifying opportunities within the showroom environment.
* Maintain a visually stunning showroom that reflects Kaolin's brand and values.
* Maintain client quotes to ensure end sale.
* Meet KPI and team targets.
* Showroom presentation and upkeep
* Sample room management
* Managing outgoing samples
* Assisting the National Sales Manager as required
Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience within the tile industry (essential)
* Strong verbal communication and sales skills
* Ability to work independently
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
* High-level written communication and computer proficiency
* Confident in running in-studio client consultations and guiding clients through selections and design decisions
* Understanding of floor plans (preferred)
* A strong awareness of current industry and design trends
