About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing broking team at JS Medical and Dental Finance as a Credit Analyst/Broker Support. As a Credit Analyst/Broker Support, you will play a key role in supporting our team of mortgage brokers and credit specialists, ensuring efficient and effective loan processing and underwriting. This full-time position is based in our modern office in Bowen Hills, QLD.
What you'll be doing
* Assessing loan applications and supporting credit decisions
* Gathering and analysing client financial information to determine loan eligibility
* Liaising with brokers, clients and lenders to facilitate the loan application process
* Preparing detailed credit applications and recommendations for bank Credit.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our loan management system
* Providing excellent customer service to our broker network and clients
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What we're looking for
* 2+ years' experience in a similar credit analyst or broker support role, ideally within the financial services or mortgage industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret self-employed customer finances a must.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with brokers, clients and lenders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficient in using loan management and Infinity CRM system.
