Are you an organised, proactive and detail‐driven administrator looking to support a high‐performing team that keeps essential community infrastructure running smoothly? Our Infrastructure Services Directorate is seeking a full-time Infrastructure Support Officer to provide vital administrative and customer‐focused support under the direction of the Senior Project and Administration Services Officer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely and high‐quality work.
What you'll deliver:
* Administrative support including minute‐taking, data entry, report preparation, correspondence, and assistance to Supervisors and Managers.
* Manage Customer Requests to ensure compliance with Council processes.
* Maintain accurate operational data by creating and updating works orders, producing progress reports, and generating road inspection and performance reporting.
* Support procurement functions including invoice processing, purchasing, stock audits, goods verification and PPE issuing.
* Coordinate operational administration tasks including RMPC claims, abandoned vehicle processes, leave calendars and timesheets.
If you are successful in this position, you will receive:
* Salary $75,408.61 – $82,791.82 per annum (Stream A, Level 2-3)
* Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
* 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
* Fortnightly RDO in accordance with Council Policy
* Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
