Key Responsibilities:
* Registering and greeting owners and guests upon arrival
* Providing information on local area attractions and activities
* Completing department-related paperwork and tasks
Meetings and Sales Appointments:
Meet with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at amazing resorts and via livestream.
Establish common ground and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
