To learn more, visit Our MissionWe are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will work with existing customers to help them get the most out of their investment. You will be responsible for growing existing customer accounts in the region through upsell and cross-sell aligned with their technology roadmap and business challenges.

* Owning a book of business with assigned customers and selling, supporting, educating, and growing through regular touchpoints.
* Acting as the single point of contact for existing customers in your account patch.
* Maintaining and building relationships with key contacts.
* Establishing relationships with customer business and technical advocates to drive long-term solution adoption.
* Ownership of commercial sales.
* Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative approach.
* Securing renewals of customer accounts at or above the projected renewal amount.
* Increasing sales by driving product adoption, managing escalations, and ensuring retention and satisfaction.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Business development experience preferable.
* General familiarity with selling methodologies and processes.
* 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
* Experience with executive selling, both business and technical.
* Accountability and a sense of urgency.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
